Kurulus Osman Episode 83 Summary
In Kurulus Osman Episode 83, When Osman is about to kill Nikola, he gives up and offers to be together against the great enemy. Nikola is surprised by this offer and says he doesn’t need anyone. Osman says that the Mongolian army of twenty thousand people will come soon. Nikola is surprised again when he hears this number. Geyhatu is excited about his army coming soon and says he will take control of all of Anatolia. Vizier says Mesud can do something, but Geyhatu asks him not to worry. Meanwhile, a Mongolian soldier says that they could not kill Nikola. Geyhatu gets very angry with this news and says he will start the attack. Geyhatu asks Gunduz to stick to their agreement and send soldiers. Osman talks about the castles that the Mongols destroyed before and says that Nikola should be with the Turks.
Osman says he wanted to talk to the Byzantine Emperor and that Nikola would help in this matter. Nikola goes to his castle to think about this deal. Konur learns that Geyhatu will attack the Turkmen tribes. Osman meets the white-bearded men in the forest and learns that the pioneer Mongolian soldiers are about to arrive. Osman says he will support the rebellious Turks. Mari tells Selcan that she is pregnant. Boran tells that Julia is near the tribe and can attack at any time. Turks and Byzantine soldiers begin to prepare together. Gunduz orders that the collected tax be given to the Ahis. Konur meets with Osman and says that Geyhatu will attack the rebellious Turks. Konur continues to talk and learns that Gunduz will send soldiers to Geyhatu. Osman says that now Gunduz has to pay for what he did.
Turgut says they should not trust Nikola. Rogatus goes to talk to Osman and tells him what happened to him. The vizier secretly begins to devise a plan to stop Geyhatu. Rogatus goes to Nikola’s castle and says that he does not want to work for Turgut. Mari tells Turgut that she is pregnant. The next day, Osman meets Nikola and sets out to talk to the Emperor. Geyhatu sees a Mongolian shaman performing a ritual and kills him. Turgut starts to wait in the forest with the whole army. Turgut learns that Geyhatu is in the forest with the Vizier and delays his decision to attack. Cerkutay puts on the shaman’s clothes and goes among the Mongolian soldiers. Cerkutay prays with the soldiers. Geyhatu comes to this base in the forest and says these soldiers are very skilled. Geyhatu then checks the gunpowder inside the chests. Malhun starts shopping with Aygul in Sogut.
Julia continues to spy on Malhun and asks her spies to kill her. Malhun realizes this danger and calls her soldiers to her side. While Geyhatu is explaining how to destroy the walls of the Byzantine castles, Konur comes and says that he found the trace of Osman. Geyhatu takes his soldiers with him and goes to the forest to catch Osman. Osman stops somewhere on the way to Iznik and asks the shepherd to draw all the details of the castle. The shepherd tells Osman that his name is Akca and begins to talk about his childhood. Osman then talks to Nikola and tells him that he will tell them that he is his spy when entering the castle. Cerkutay sabotages the horse carriages at the military base. Nikola takes Osman into the castle and says he wants to talk to the Emperor. Nikola tells that the spy he brought to the castle knows very important things. Osman enters the room and says he is Ertugrul Ghazi’s son.
While the soldiers in the castle are trying to stop Osman, he says he will not harm the Emperor. The Emperor stops his soldiers and begins to listen to Osman. Osman tells the Emperor that they have to make an alliance against the Mongols. The Emperor says his city is extremely safe and rejects Osman’s offer. Osman says that the castles in the east will fall in time and Constantinople will be in danger in the future. Osman says he wants to control the Lords in the border area. Turgut and his soldiers attack the Mongols. Malhun goes to the forest alone to trap Julia. After Osman leaves the castle, Nikola finds him and says that the Emperor has accepted the deal. Julia stops Malhun in the forest and says she will kill her. Malhun says that Julia is trapped and the Turks hiding in the forest begin to attack. Malhun catches Julia in a short time and takes her to the tribe.
Nikola sends a message to the Vizier and tells him that he will visit Geyhatu soon. The vizier thinks that Nikola is doing secret things and goes to the Mongolian base. Gunduz congratulates Malhun for catching Julia. Rogatus returns to Nikola’s castle after the war and says it was very good to work with the Turks. Nikola mentions the Emperor’s agreement with Osman and then sets out. Selcan and Bala go to the caged tent. Selcan says she is sorry for Julia’s condition and asks her to pray. Julia cuts the ropes using her knife, but in the meantime, Boran comes. Boran forces Julia to drink the poison that she used before. Osman meets Sheikh that night. Sheikh says that he wants to build a building to train scholars who will serve the state that Osman will establish.
Osman immediately accepts this offer and asks Sheikh if it is okay to kill Gunduz. Nikola goes to Geyhatu’s tent and tells him that he is talking to the Emperor. Nikola says that the Emperor was very afraid of the Mongol soldiers, so he allowed himself to establish a state. Boran tells Osman that he killed Julia and says that his mental health has improved. Boran says that Gunduz is going to meet Geyhatu. Osman says it’s time to talk to Gunduz and sets out. Nikola says he will establish a state with the support of Geyhatu and shows him the Emperor’s message. Osman stops Gunduz and says he wants to talk to him alone. Osman accuses Gunduz of serving the Mongols and opposing the Turks. Gunduz says he did his best but lost his way. Osman says that Gunduz’s punishment is death. Gunduz kneels down and Osman strangles his brother with a bow.
