In Payitaht Abdulhamid Episode 127, Tahsin immediately orders the arrest of the young doctor. Bidar says that a drug was injected into her, not Hunkar. Bidar wanted the drug to be tested on herself, just in case. Tahsin slaps the young doctor and asks him for the antidote. Ahmed speaks to Manyas and asks him questions. Manyas says they helped Ismail, but he killed the doctor who went to the palace. Ahmed thinks Ismail is fooling Abdulhamid and believes what Manyas says to him. Tahsin shows the letter Ahmed sent to Mahmud and says that Ismail was sent into exile in vain. The Grand Vizier says that everything is late for Ismail because the news that Ismail killed the doctor comes to the palace. The doctors of the palace try to cure Bidar. Fatma does not talk to her sister. Aliye lies to her sister. Fatma believes in the lie Aliye told. Manyas talks to the mason Pasha and tells him that he will increase the measures.

Hunkar asks Tahsin to test Mahmud and orders the soldiers from the Ertugrul Regiment to come. Karasu and Sabahaddin speak and even threaten Talat to work for masons.
