Alparslan Buyuk Selcuklu Episode 19 Summary
In Alparslan Buyuk Selcuklu Episode 19, Alparslan says that Bust now belongs to Caghri and orders Seljuk flags to be hung all over the city. Diogenes sees the dead Byzantine soldiers in the forest and goes to the city to talk to Bozan. Alparslan orders Bozan’s assistant to be found. Caghri tells that there is a traitor in the tribe and asks the soldiers to find him. Suleiman talks to his father and says that Karaca will never do anything bad. Tughrul comes out of the tent with Mesud. Akca continues to wait with her father and prays for his recovery. Diogenes goes to the Bust and sees dead people in the streets. Alparslan then leaves the palace with Yinal to go to Sehver’s funeral. Meanwhile, Diogenes comes to the palace and says he wants to talk to Bozan.
Alparslan shows Bozan’s head to Diogenes and says that this city now belongs to the Seljuks. Diogenes continues to talk to cause a problem between Alparslan and Yinal and leaves the palace a short time later. Tughrul tells Mesud that Sehver has gone to heaven. Caghri asks his grandson to stay in the palace for a while. When Alparslan was about to leave the city, he saw Serdar and said that he would take him to the tribe. Dukas goes to a Byzantine village and starts talking about the tax that the villagers did not pay on time. One of the villagers says it is impossible to pay the tax because of the famine, but the Governor kills this man there. Dukas gives the villagers one day time and says he will kill them. Alparslan tells the Sultan what he did in Bust and that he caught Bozan’s assistant. Yinal says that Bust now belongs to Caghri. Although Hassan is injured, he comes to the tribe with Akca to attend the funeral.
Alparslan wants to talk to Hassan, but Akca stops him. Diogenes says Bozan is dead, but Kekaumenos says he doesn’t care about him. Diogenes says that Alparslan will now attack Vaspurakan. Turks in the tribe attend Sehver’s funeral and bury her. While Byzantine soldiers are harassing a peasant woman, a monk stops them. The monk says he will help the people in the village and goes somewhere. Alparslan says that he will question Bozan’s assistant. The monk goes to the Turkish tribe with some children and says he wants to talk to Alparslan. The Sultan allows this monk to come to the tent. The monk tells about the situation in the village and that Dukas killed people. Karaca secretly goes to talk to Cevad and asks him about Bozan. Cevad asks Karaca to help him escape and threatens her.
Akca visits Alparslan that night and learns what happened in the village from him. Alparslan says he will help the villagers and makes a plan. Alparslan asks Akca to go to Vaspurakan and tell the Lord that the Turks will attack Ani. Alparslan asks Batur to attack the watchtowers on the border of Ani. Akca tells the Lord what she learned from Alparslan. General says that what Akca said is meaningless. While the Byzantine soldiers are killing the villagers, Alparslan comes and stops them. Alparslan says that the villagers can come to the Turkish tribe and they will be safe there. Some villagers say that they cannot leave their fields in the village, but some agree to come with Alparslan. Karaca sneaks into Akinay’s tent and starts preparing a poison. Alpagut begins to incite the Lord against Dukas. Diogenes says that the Turks attacked the watchtowers near Ani.
Lord asks Diogenes to go to Ani, but he wants to stay in the castle. Lord then changes his mind and tells them that he will go to Ani. Dukas says that Alparslan attacked the village and took some villagers. Caghri welcomes the villagers from the Byzantine village and says they will be safe here. Yinal says it is not good for the villagers to come to the tribe and Dukas will do something about it. Sultan says he will always help the oppressed. Cevad gets poisoned after eating and dies. Akinay says that someone poisoned Cevad with hemlock and immediately goes to her tent. Akinay says that someone has sneaked into her tent. Dukas goes to the tribe and asks Alparslan to surrender the villagers. Alparslan says he will never give up these villagers. Dukas says he will soon bring death to the Turks. Akinay then visits Karaca and asks her how her insomnia is.
Suleiman suspects this and sees the wound on Karaca’s hands. Suleiman realizes that it was Karaca who poisoned Cevad. Karaca apologizes to Suleiman. Suleiman realizes that the traitor who helped Bozan is Karaca and says he will tell everything to Caghri. Caghri asks Alparslan what he thinks about marriage. Alparslan says he wants to marry Akca, but Caghri says she loves someone else. After Akinay treats the wounded soldiers, she talks to Akca and asks her to tell the truth about Alpagut. The next day, Alparslan talks to Akca and asks why she didn’t tell him that she loves someone else. While Akca is trying to understand what happened, Alparslan leaves there. Dukas says he will take revenge on the Turks and leaves the castle. Diogenes says that Dukas will never win against the Turks and that he will take control of the castle in this way.
While a group of Turks was praying, Dukas’ soldiers attacked them and killed everyone. The monk thanks Alparslan but says he wants to go back to the village so that there will be no problem. Alparslan calms the monk and says that everything will be fine soon. Suleiman says he wants to talk to Alparslan, but a soldier comes and says that Dukas killed the Turks. Sultan learns of Dukas’ attack and orders Yinal to go to help Alparslan immediately. Alparslan orders the martyrs to be buried and goes to the Byzantine village. The monk’s brother attacks Caghri but fails. Alparslan kills the Byzantine soldiers and says that this village now belongs to the Seljuks. Lord learns of this attack and wants to return to Vaspurakan, but Alpagut stops him. The guards of the tribe follow the traces of blood in the forest and see that someone has crucified a few Turkish soldiers. Alparslan immediately goes to the castle but sees that Dukas’ soldiers were also crucified.
